Outcomes from Planning Day - 29th December

Updates: Several aspects are in change: for example, use of certain terms such as "propagation"; possible changes to events such as having a "one door" policy. Further information and clarification will be forthcoming.

The draft action plan for 2000 for the Gold Coast was discussed and outlined.

The six focii are:

1. Propagation and Aspirants;
2. Communication and Information Dissemination, Inclusiveness, Support for people who have recently received K;
3. Satellite Broadcasts;
4. Financial Resources for local events, screening fees, satellite broadcasts and instructor visits;
5. Public Relations and
6. Local Initiative: Establishing contact with out of touch people.

Draft copies have been distributed widely for feedback. The action plan will be finalised at a future meeting.

Many service positions are available for people in which to participate. If anyone would like to assist in aspects such as: AV (see J.), the aspirant team (see M.), chairing meetings (see B.d), assistance (see P.), catering (see J.), information, taking the minutes at meetings, transporting equipment to events, being program managers, or in resources (see A.).
