1. To be responsible for giving full support to the team, and to actively contribute to the success of the team in Australia
2. To encourage the development of the local sync team including unanimous decision making and good synchronisation - locally and nationally

1. To be an effective two way communications link between the local team and the larger Aus. team
2. To provide reports about the centre's activities to Aus. Sync team as required and pass on information and support from the Aus. Synch team to the local team on a regular (monthly) basis
3. To encourage open, productive dialogue on local and national issues

To work within Local Sync team, to encourage high levels of participation (in particular for people who have recently received Knowledge)

1. To work with members of the Local Sync team so that that all key functions are performed to the highest standard. This includes:
   
   • - Instructor arrangements and agreements
   • - Resource management
   • - Propagation activities
   • - Events and Broadcasts
   • - Printed materials
   • - Trainings and Workshops
   • - Communications/ Information, including phonetree, email tree, mailouts, MC announcements, information updates, participation meetings, etc
2. To undertake regular self assessments and initiate team evaluations (six monthly)

1. To commit to and support the team's commitment to the "code of conduct" (or equivalent)
2. To support the principles of respect, confidentiality, and integrity in all EV activities

• Two years, with six monthly reviews

• Approx. 7-10 hrs per week
