LKA in place for intro events in May and June; one intro and supporting LM events conducted in each of the three months

Aspirant contact has maintained this role very effectively; aspirant events scheduled regularly

HR Contact position has been filled successfully and accompanying tasks are being developed/worked on

Team has been expanded; is working well in the various aspects; General RIL now established

Participated in the establishment and development of this through meetings and conferencing

Maintained regular monthly scheduling of various types of events at two venues



Finances contact has maintained her professional execution of this role; accompanied with clear communication of the ongoing financial situation. Team agreed to meet proposed amount for Propagation Fund in early July; with agreement that this commitment will be reviewed in three months time

Continue monthly schedule; The specific weekly PWK event will be discontinued due to various reasons; this to be reviewed with research of alternate venues for future possible scheduling. Recruit more staff - e.g. event managers. New venue at Mt.Tamborine to be established.

Continue; review Propagation Fund commitment.
Research potential/feasibility of conducting major fund-raising event before end of year.


Continue to hold regular meetings; will formalise the team structure model for GC
