Dear everyone,

Entelechy - Gold Coast Inc held its AGM on 30th October. Anita will be forwarding you the minutes of the meeting within the next few days.

The financial report I presented to the meeting shows; excluding individual donations to Entelechy's account (over $5000.00 was generously donated over the year), there is a significant shortfall between our regular income and our financial outlays over the year.

The meeting asked me if I was able to break this shortfall down into a monthly estimate for them.

Individual members expressed doing so would allow them to assess what amount they could offer on a regular monthly basis (rather than making large irregular donations), to help meet this shortfall.

Several members have already made a commitment to now financially support the community this way.

The meeting also voted to introduce further changes regarding increasing the financial support at the events themselves.
