For more people to watch Words of Peace, they need to learn about the broadcast and the opportunity it provides. If we are able to reach even 1% of the potential audience in North America, then 250,000 viewers could enjoy Maharaji’s message! If we reach 3%, then 750,000 viewers could be watching Words of Peace. Through the synchronized efforts of local cable teams in 2005, we aim to reach those viewers and expand our reach to 50 million households.

Although millions of people can easily enjoy Words of Peace, few TV viewers know the broadcast is available. In 2005, the North American cable initiative will offer local teams more tools to promote Words of Peace. We’ll distribute a promotions guide with step-by-step tips for reaching interested viewers. We’ll explore a wide range of strategies for building community awareness, including promotions on radio, television, community calendars, local publications, outdoor and transit advertising, the Internet and more.
