At the end of the 1970s and beginning of the 1980s Prem Rawat intensified His demands to His premies for devotion and surrender and the songs sung at His festivals and recorded and sold became pseudo-Hindi bhajans or in this case an actual Hindi bhajan, Focus on the Form, though sung in English. It was filmed at the 1979 Hans Jayanti festival. There are some extreme close-ups of Prem Rawat which show His bad skin.

For the first 20 years of his career Prem Rawat (Maharaji) was known as the Lord of the Universe or its Hindi equivalent, Guru Maharaj Ji and known as the Lord or our Lord for short.
