Knowledge is about
each person finding peace inside
without any catalysts.

The four techniques of Knowledge
show us a practical way
to be in peace within.
It is the know-how
to be able to connect
to the joy and fulfillment inside.

The experience of Knowledge
is fundamental to our being.
It is the core of who we are.

It is the treasure of the heart
where lies the possibility
of being one with life.
It is about turning within
and wanting to be simple.

We have felt the thing
that wants to be complicated.
Now we can feel the thing
that wants to be simple,
that wants to he clear,
that wants to enjoy,
that wants to appreciate this existence.

Within each moment
is immense joy,
immense clarity,
immense understanding.

Knowledge is the extractor.
it is the only way
to capture this moment called now.

When we use the tool of Knowledge,
we can extract joy,
we can extract understanding,
we can extract simplicity-
and we can keep them forever.

We can extract the beauty,
the kindness, and the fulfillment
from existence.

We can fill our bowl with joy
and be thankful.

Knowledge makes it possible
for us to go within
and feel our sanctuary,
to be in the most silent of places,
and feel life pulsing through us,
in the place where joy comes from.

Then the thirst is quenched,
and something is fulfilled.
The true appreciation of Knowledge
only comes
when we can experience it for ourselves,
enjoying the place that is within us
that we carry with us wherever we go.

I give this Knowledge to people
free of charge.
It is not for sale, and it never has been.

Its too precious.

It is free because
it comes from the heart.
It's a gift.
In the truest tradition of a gift,
it is a gift.

This is about the heart being content.
This is about being awake.
This is about love.
This is about finding joy
living in this world in peace.

This is about being fulfilled,
being in the beautiful ocean
of tranquility.

This is about being filled-
not with jealousy, fear, anger-
but with gratitude.

This is about feeling life.
