The most important thing is where you are at. That's what it's all about. What you understand. What you are willing to accept in your life. That's what it's all about. Knowledge is Knowledge, the four techniques. Yes, you'll be shown the four techniques. And hopefully, if all goes well, you'll understand it. And then what? And that's what I wanna talk to you about. You've been given, you've been given a life, an incredibly precious gift. You don't have to weigh it, you don't have to judge it, you don't have to compare it, that's not why you were given this existence, That's not the purpose of it and maybe I'm not here to tell you why you were given your life because that would probably be another statement being added to the millions already out there and it would mean nothing but maybe I can tell you what it isn't about, that it isn't about comparing, that it isn't about sadness, that it isn't about doubt.

That there is this opportunity as that breath comes, it's an opportunity, opportunity to be alive, opportunity to be real, opportunity to exist and how many of us in this life, truly every day accept that opportunity? I can tell you one thing, not very many. Because that's not how we have set ourselves to be. We have set ourselves to get away from our reality, truly all our life, everything that we have done, it's amazing, it's really, really amazing. From that television, to that radio, to our music, to our this, to our that and I'm not criticising, believe me, I'm not criticising these things. I listen to music, I watch television but I can tell you that these are not the things that bring you to the focus of this life. In so far you know what tool you use for what, you're in good shape but when you don't know, I guess that's the difference between a surgeon and a monkey, the tools are tools. The surgeon knows scalpel, this, that, what to use for what and the monkey would gladly pick anything up and chop it up and cut it up and cut himself up.

And so here you are getting ready to receive the gift of Knowledge and yes, so you can see what it's going to be like, these are the very chairs, this is the very room where the Knowledge Session is gonna take place. And that can all be arranged but hopefully the most important part is that you are here to accept that gift of Knowledge, that tomorrow when you come you want to accept, not measure, not weigh, not all those other things that we usually do but to accept what it is that you are being given.

And for a person to be really comfortable they have to be focussed on what is important, what they can be comfortable about and Knowledge is the most comforting thing there is cause where is it taking you? I know that, and I I understand it, I'm not criticising it, I understand it, you don't have Knowledge, you're going in for Knowledge and the question is "What is it?" But when you first heard about Knowledge that's what you wanted to know "What is it?" And then through the process of listening and understanding that question changed because something else became more evident that there is you, that there is this breath, that here is this life and you have to acknowledge that and those fundamentals don't change, even this evening, they're still there. This life, this heart, this understanding, the meaning of being alive.

And people become "Oh I don't wanna do anything wrong." But this is not a question of wrong, this is a question of going inside, this is a question of just being relaxed, even though there is 122 or 121 people here, it has nothing to do with 121 people, it has nothing to do with 122 people, it has it's each one of you is an individual. That's who you are. You sit in that chair, that's one life, not two and not three and not four, one life, one person, one life, one existence, one person, one that recognises the thirst, one person who has come to me to ask and receive the gift of Knowledge. So am I here to give Knowledge to 222 people? No. One person. That's all that matters. One person. Each one of you is one person, one human being.

To come in that comfort and be comfortable because the place that Knowledge will take you is super comfortable. That is where time loses its meaning. It is satisfaction, not by a label. It is an understanding, not by a certificate. It is an achievement but not of an award. It is all within. What do the four techniques do? They take your senses that have been running out that way. They take them, put them back in here. Here. Now there are so many Master's that talk about, everything is within you that you are looking for, really weren't kidding when they said within you within you within you within you within you within no within you. People were going to the top of the mountain and the Master said "What? Why are you going there?" People were running to the temples and the Master said "What? Why are you going there? What you are looking for is within you, why are you going there?" And within you is a great thought, all this is within me.

Today you have come here to be prepared for what is going to happen tomorrow, to be connected to that thing, that is within you. And I know people take exams and they're prepare ad they prepare and they prepare and they're prepare and they prepare. It is important to them. I'll tell you one thing. Receiving Knowledge, definitely in my life, was the most important thing and I have seen a lot of people receive Knowledge and it is very, very important to them. And how do you prepare for something like that? By becoming you. Simple. Simple. Simple in words. Yeah! By just becoming you. Oh my goodness. That, that, most people find an extreme challenge to just become you. Lot of people say, "Well, does that mean that, you know, I will be accepted with all my faults." Don't even go there. This is not about judgement of faults and good and badness. This is nothing to do with it. This is what you have because this is how you've been judged.

Today, coming here, I saw this guy, I guess he had just gotten a ticket because the other officer had his lights flashing and he was just pulling out and way this guy was frazzled, believe me, you know, he was giving indicators one way and turning the other way. So not even driving safely, is probably like "Huh Huh, you know, what are these people going to think of me? Oh my God, I've got a ticket." I mean, what does it mean? The judgement comes in. Don't even go there. Don't judge. To me, I've seen two kinds of people. Either the people are busy judging other people and there is the other lot. They're busy judging themselves. There hardly seems to be anybody in the middle. Either one way or the other way. Don't even go there because that's not what tomorrow is about. Has nothing to do with judgement. Has nothing to do with anything else. It has just something to do with you. Away from doubt. Where is the land away from doubt?

There are answers that don't have questions to them. Yes, indeed. There are waters without lakes or rivers. Faucets or hand pumps. Yes, there is light without fire. Yes there's thunder without lightning. Yes, there's rain without a cloud. Yes, there are waves without an ocean. And yes, there's a simplicity that is so simple it has nothing to do with the complicated. It is not just the opposite. It is, yes, there is a good that isn't being chased by a bad. Yes there is a right that is not being chased by a wrong. Yes, there is a love. which isn't just an absence of hate. And yes there is a truth which has nothing to do with the lies. That's you. That's what's within you. There is a dimension and it cannot be measured.

And those people who have a problem with the Master really haven't had one of those friends. Because if they did, they'd understand what a Master is. Somebody who was there to support you, to guide you, to take you, to remind you, in your most important venture that you will ever have in your life. It sounds odd.

There are a lot of people say to me "You know, if Knowledge is so important then why do people receive it and then don't practise it?" Well. Because it's up to you! There are people, I mean one of the instructors was just telling me a story. There was somebody way, back in the 70s, who actually told this person about Knowledge and then both of them received Knowledge and one just dropped. Dropped away. So this guy was looking for this guy so I'd like to at least get in touch with him and see if he's still interested. Well anyway, somehow he found him. Invited him to one of the events. And that was a turning point. It clicked. Didn't click in the 70s. It clicked in the 90s. because everybody has their own clock and I'm not in any rush. I trust you and you are coming here to ask for Knowledge. I trust you that you want this, that you are eager and earnest and sincere, that you will practise this, that you will give Knowledge a fair chance, that you will not judge it. Simple. That's what I trust and you, you have to trust me. You don't know me. I don't know you, but I trust you. You trust me. And if we have a bond, we will click.

This is a special moment, when you come for this gift of Knowledge. This is not like climbing a mountain. This is like finding the oars on the boat. There you were, in a boat. Going along wondering where you were going to go, wondering what's going to happen. Somebody introduced you to the thought of Knowledge, the idea of Knowledge, you got interested, Yeah, I'd like something like that. You looked and looked and looked, you searched, you listened, changed, you listened. You found oars. So now, start rolling. Not sitting there, going Ah, gee, you know I loved looking for the oars more than finding the oars. Now you have a means and a place to go to, a place. that is special, that nobody can steal from you. Nobody can take from you. Nobody can deny you. So personal, so private, so real, so simple and so beautiful. Because that's really how it is.

So. Just come. Be who you are. Be mellow. Be in the mode of enjoying. Be in the mode of receiving. Remember, long time ago. Used to be like that. Then each one of you. You didn't have to have coffee. You got up, you were fine. You looked. You looked around. And it was a day. It was a new day and you know what day it was or what date it was. You didn't know what was gonna happen tomorrow. You had no clue at that time what happened yesterday but it was fine, it was alright. Be like that. Maybe you're out of practise but you know. Try. Come with that heart of a child. Sincere. That's all it is. Ready to receive. Ready to understand. Ready to accept? And you will enjoy it. You will enjoy it. What can you do to be prepared for tomorrow? Besides all the things I've mentioned. Get a good night's sleep. Really, just get a good night's sleep. God made sleep and, you know, he wasn't just joking around. "You know what, I'll watch them. They'll just do nothing, phhft." (points finger down) But there's a reason for sleeping, that's what our body needs, you rest. You're ready. You're ready. And uh it's it's it's always simple. So that's pretty much what I have to say. Do you have any questions?

There was a problem with opportunity to ask questions. So I wanted to think of what question would be best for the one question that I could ask. And so I I asked him what was the ways that we could stay in contact with him. What I really wanted to hear was, was what opportunities did we have as students to correspond and to speak with the Master on a more personal basis and I put my hand up right away and I got picked first but I've been at the Laker game (unintelligible) the day before and I had no voice at all.

Well, coming to events, that's one possibility There is uh you know, you can write to me, if you want to write to me, um opportunities to plug in, all those are ways to keep in touch, to come to listen to the events, to come and listen to what I'm saying, like you have before you have Knowledge and still continue to do that and whatever the opportunity there is to plug in, to plug in. You lost your voice because of the football game last night? Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. (the ugliest laugh I have ever heard from him) Yes.

Sure. Just resume. There are people who, you know, they practise an hour a day. Try to practise an hour a day. It doesn't have to be, you know, hour, 59 minutes. Umm, you practise the first technique. You enjoy it, when you finish with it, you move on to the second one. Then move on to the third one, move on to the fourth one umm and if you have more time you can set your alarm clock for longer or shorter or whatever.

This life, this moment, this opportunity coming your way. Be ready to accept. Knowledge is simple your commitment towards it, your commitment to participate, your commitment to join the world of Knowledge, not a club, please, not a club but join the world of Knowledge in which you are the focus, you are the centre. Your experience, you enjoy, the gifts are given, you accept. Yes, that's what it is. I ask for three vows. Very simple. Don't show these techniques to anyone. Lot of time, people are waiting, waiting, waiting. "Well, let me help you out then." No, if somebody wants to, if somebody wants to come, let them come on their own terms. Let them go through the process. To, you know, give them a chance. Is that too much to ask? Why? I know. Some people receive it but they have their expectations. Work through it and you'll get there. Get over the expectations and you'll have something better. Hang on to your expectations, you'll have nothing. And then last move is keep in touch so you can continue to grow. No limits. No limits. Don't have to be.

So that's basically what happens. You're gonna come. Its gonna be a while. You're gonna be sitting down, calming, that people are like, you know, a lot of times I can just feel it, they're waiting and they're waiting and they're waiting. "When's it gonna begin? When's it gonna begin? When's it gonna begin?" Cool it. Come now. This doesn't have to rule you. Tell it to shut up.
