Prem Rawat's Phony PR Scams & the United Nations Organisation
Prem Rawat's minions have flooded the internet with stories of Prem Rawat supposedly associated with the United Nations. They have financed functions of the United Nations Associations of various countries linked with Rawat's name. These non-government organisations were begun in 1946, probably at the behest of the KGB rather than the CIA, as independant non-government organisations to raise public awareness of and promote the United Nations. They are invariably small, self-important and can easily be infiltrated and influenced by Rawat's followers. Rawat's PR stories make it appear, to a non-attentive observer, he is talking at United Nations functions. You have to admire the genius to come up with this plan and the chutzpah to carry it off. Its possible Rawat actually believes he is being feted by the UN, he's not as clever as the person who came up with this idea.

Another United Nations Association event hosted by the tiny Canberra chapter of the organisation. It was held in a rented room in the parliament building. Prem Rawat did NOT address the Australian parliament. Paul MacDonald is a long time devotee of Prem Rawat's and an employee of CEDA. He was not there in an official capacity.

This is how Prem Rawat's eldest brother, Satpal Maharaj, long time provincial political power and spiritual Godman and member and Minister of the Lok Sabha (Indian National Parliament) has achieved his association with the United Nations. He spoke at actual United Nations' international political meetings at the United Nations' headquarters in New York as a member of the Indian Parliamentary delegation to the United Nations. The speeches might be boring and meaningless or they might even have a real positive effect on world events but either way they are bona fidé. Satpal Maharaj, Prem Rawat's eldest brother, really is a respected international figure involved with the the United Nations Organisation and was a member of the National Parliament and a Minister in the Government of India. He still is a MInister in the Uttarkharand provincial government. Meanwhile Prem Rawat plays with himself and his expensive toys at his Malibu mansion and attempts to gain status through paying for cheap, sleazy and phony PR campaigns with his devotees' donations.
